महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-31, verse-59

ततः शत्रुंजयं हत्वा पार्थः षड्भिरजिह्मगैः ।
जहार सद्यो भल्लेन विपाटस्य शिरो रथात् ॥५९॥
59. tataḥ śatruṁjayaṁ hatvā pārthaḥ ṣaḍbhirajihmagaiḥ ,
jahāra sadyo bhallena vipāṭasya śiro rathāt.

59. Then Arjuna (Pārtha), having killed Shatrunjaya with six straight arrows, immediately severed Vipata's head from his chariot with a broad-headed arrow (bhalla).
