प्रबुद्धवासनं चान्यत्पञ्चकं सुप्तवासनम् ॥ ६७ ॥

Whether for inauspicious or auspicious purposes, it is directed by him. And another group of five is understood to consist of (elements with) awakened latent tendencies (vāsanā) and (elements with) dormant latent tendencies (vāsanā).
