योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-6, chapter-80, verse-61

यथा स्तब्धः स्थितो वीचिरिव स्थलमिवास्थितः ।
पञ्चकेषु तथैतच्चिल्लोलरूपा जडान्विता ॥ ६१ ॥
yathā stabdhaḥ sthito vīciriva sthalamivāsthitaḥ ,
pañcakeṣu tathaitaccillolarūpā jaḍānvitā 61

pañcakeṣu tathā etat cit-lola-rūpā jaḍa-anvitā

61. Just as a wave stands rigid and still, appearing like unmoving land, so too, among the five (elements/principles), this form, a wave of consciousness (cit-lola-rūpā), is accompanied by inertness.
