She (the Kundalini) touches the channels from the region of the thighs (ūru) up to the openings in the center of the eyebrows (bhrūmadhya), and is restless in her activity (vṛtti). And, continuously pulsating (saspandā), she remains vibrant, moved by the vital air (pavamāna).
