वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-2, chapter-46, verse-62

आरोह त्वं नर व्याघ्र स्थितां नावमिमां शनैः ।
सीतां चारोपयान्वक्षं परिगृह्य मनस्विनीम् ॥६२॥
62. āroha tvaṃ nara vyāghra sthitāṃ nāvamimāṃ śanaiḥ ,
sītāṃ cāropayānvakṣaṃ parigṛhya manasvinīm.
62. āroha tvam naravyāghra sthitām nāvam imām śanaiḥ
sītām ca āropaya anvakṣam parigṛhya manasvinīm

62. O tiger among men (Lakshmana), you slowly board this boat that is waiting. And, carefully supporting the high-minded Sita, help her ascend.
