वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-2, chapter-46, verse-21

नैवाहमनुशोचामि लक्ष्मणो न च मैथिली ।
अयोध्यायाश्च्युताश्चेति वने वत्स्यामहेति वा ॥२१॥
21. naivāhamanuśocāmi lakṣmaṇo na ca maithilī ,
ayodhyāyāścyutāśceti vane vatsyāmaheti vā.
21. na eva aham anuśocāmi lakṣmaṇaḥ na ca maithilī
ayodhyāyāḥ cyutāḥ ca iti vane vatsyāmahe iti vā
21. Indeed, neither I, nor Lakṣmaṇa, nor Sītā are lamenting, neither over being banished from Ayodhyā nor over having to dwell in the forest.
