वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-2, chapter-46, verse-16

शोकोपहत चेताश्च वृद्धश्च जगतीपतिः ।
काम भारावसन्नश्च तस्मादेतद्ब्रवीमि ते ॥१६॥
16. śokopahata cetāśca vṛddhaśca jagatīpatiḥ ,
kāma bhārāvasannaśca tasmādetadbravīmi te.

kāmabhārāvasannaḥ ca tasmāt etat bravīmi te

16. The lord of the earth (jagatīpati), whose mind is afflicted by sorrow, is also old and overwhelmed by the burden of desire (kāma). Therefore, I tell you this.
