बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-53, verse-69

विदेशगमने चार्ति लभते न संशयः ।
द्वितीयद्यूननाथे तु ज्वरपीडा भविष्यति ॥६९॥
69. videśagamane cārti labhate na saṃśayaḥ .

69. There is no doubt that one experiences distress when traveling to foreign lands. However, when the planet ruling both the second and seventh houses is afflicted, then suffering from fever will occur.
