बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-53, verse-34

व्ययसायात्फलाधिक्यं गृहे क्षेत्रादिवृद्धिदम् ।
पुत्रलाभश्च कल्याणं राजानुग्रहवैभवम् ॥३४॥
34. vyayasāyātphalādhikyaṃ gṛhe kṣetrādivṛddhidam .
putralābhaśca kalyāṇaṃ rājānugrahavaibhavam.
