बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-53, verse-17

दायेशादथ रन्ध्रथे व्यये वा बलवर्जिते ।
स्थानभ्रंशो मनोदुखं पुत्रक्लेशो महद्भयम् ॥१७॥

sthānabhraṃśaḥ manoduḥkham putrakleśaḥ mahadbhayam
17. When the Dasha lord is then (placed) in the 8th house (randhra) or the 12th house (vyaya) and is devoid of strength, there will be a loss of position, mental sorrow, affliction for children, and great fear.
