बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-53, verse-56

दशाधिपेन संयुक्ते देहसौख्यं महत्सुखम् ।
सत्कीर्तिसुखसम्पत्तिगृहक्षेत्रादिवृद्धिकृत् ॥५६॥
56. daśādhipena saṃyukte dehasaukhyaṃ mahatsukham .
satkīrtisukhasampattigṛhakṣetrādivṛddhikṛt.

56. When (the planet) is conjoined with the lord of the daśā, there will be bodily comfort and great happiness, bringing about an increase in good reputation, happiness, prosperity, houses, fields, and so forth.
