When the lord of the seventh house (dyūnanātha) is in the second house (dvitīya), and the lord of the eighth house (randhrādhipa) is in the eighth house (randhra), then, in order to alleviate that distress and ensure propitiation (tattoṣaparihārārtham), one should perform worship (arcana) of a Brahmin.
