महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-101, verse-8

तांस्तु द्रोणधनुर्मुक्तान्घोरानाशीविषोपमान् ।
एकैकं दशभिर्बाणैर्युधि चिच्छेद हृष्टवत् ॥८॥
8. tāṁstu droṇadhanurmuktānghorānāśīviṣopamān ,
ekaikaṁ daśabhirbāṇairyudhi ciccheda hṛṣṭavat.

8. But he (Arjuna) joyfully cut down each one of those dreadful arrows, which were like venomous serpents and released from Drona's bow, with ten of his own arrows in battle.
