महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-91, verse-53

रथसंघांस्तथा नागान्हयांश्च सह सादिभिः ।
पादातांश्च सुसंक्रुद्धः शतशोऽथ सहस्रशः ।
अमृद्नात्समरे राजन्संप्रधावंस्ततस्ततः ॥५३॥
53. rathasaṁghāṁstathā nāgānhayāṁśca saha sādibhiḥ ,
pādātāṁśca susaṁkruddhaḥ śataśo'tha sahasraśaḥ ,
amṛdnātsamare rājansaṁpradhāvaṁstatastataḥ.

53. rājan,

53. O King, then, rushing here and there in the battle, that greatly enraged one crushed hundreds and thousands of chariots, elephants, horses with their riders, and foot soldiers.
