महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-81, verse-57

इत्युक्त्वा केशवं तत्र तथा चोक्त्वा विनिश्चयम् ।
अनुज्ञातो निववृते परिष्वज्य जनार्दनम् ॥५७॥
57. ityuktvā keśavaṁ tatra tathā coktvā viniścayam ,
anujñāto nivavṛte pariṣvajya janārdanam.

anujñātaḥ nivavṛte pariṣvajya janārdanam
57. Having thus spoken to Keśava (Kṛṣṇa) there, and having similarly declared his firm resolve, he returned after embracing Janārdana (Kṛṣṇa), having received permission.
