महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-81, verse-52

तच्चेद्दद्यादसङ्गेन सत्कृत्यानवमन्य च ।
प्रियं मे स्यान्महाबाहो मुच्येरन्महतो भयात् ॥५२॥
52. tacceddadyādasaṅgena satkṛtyānavamanya ca ,
priyaṁ me syānmahābāho mucyeranmahato bhayāt.
52. tat ced dadyāt asaṅgena satkṛtya anavamanya ca
priyam me syāt mahābāho mucyeran mahataḥ bhayāt
52. O mighty-armed one, if he were to grant it (the requested peace) with detachment, treating us respectfully and not disparaging us, then it would be pleasing to me, and they would be liberated (mokṣa) from great fear.
