महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-264, verse-45

एताश्चान्याश्च दीप्ताक्ष्यः करभोत्कटमूर्धजाः ।
परिवार्यासते सीतां दिवारात्रमतन्द्रिताः ॥४५॥
45. etāścānyāśca dīptākṣyaḥ karabhotkaṭamūrdhajāḥ ,
parivāryāsate sītāṁ divārātramatandritāḥ.
45. etāḥ ca anyāḥ ca dīptākṣyaḥ karabhotkaṭamūrdhajāḥ
parivārya āsate sītām divārātram atandritāḥ
45. And these, as well as other demonesses, with glaring eyes and fierce, camel-like hair, vigilantly sit surrounding Sītā day and night.
