महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-264, verse-44

द्व्यक्षीं त्र्यक्षीं ललाटाक्षीं दीर्घजिह्वामजिह्विकाम् ।
त्रिस्तनीमेकपादां च त्रिजटामेकलोचनाम् ॥४४॥
44. dvyakṣīṁ tryakṣīṁ lalāṭākṣīṁ dīrghajihvāmajihvikām ,
tristanīmekapādāṁ ca trijaṭāmekalocanām.

44. (He commanded demonesses who were) two-eyed, three-eyed, forehead-eyed, long-tongued, tongueless, three-breasted, one-footed, and also Trijatā, the one-eyed demoness.
