महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-20, verse-2

भीष्म उवाच ।
ततोऽगच्छत्स भगवानुत्तरामुत्तमां दिशम् ।
हिमवन्तं गिरिश्रेष्ठं सिद्धचारणसेवितम् ॥२॥
2. bhīṣma uvāca ,
tato'gacchatsa bhagavānuttarāmuttamāṁ diśam ,
himavantaṁ giriśreṣṭhaṁ siddhacāraṇasevitam.
2. bhīṣmaḥ uvāca | tataḥ agacchat saḥ bhagavān uttarām
uttamām diśam | himavantam giriśreṣṭham siddhacāraṇasevitam
2. Bhīṣma said: 'Then that revered one went to the northern and most excellent direction, to the Himālaya, the foremost of mountains, which is frequented by Siddhas and Cāraṇas.'
