महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-63, verse-63

तद्भीरुसंत्रासकरं युद्धं समभवत्तदा ।
अन्योन्यस्पर्धिनोर्वीर्ये शक्रशम्बरयोरिव ॥६३॥
63. tadbhīrusaṁtrāsakaraṁ yuddhaṁ samabhavattadā ,
anyonyaspardhinorvīrye śakraśambarayoriva.

63. Then that battle, terrifying to the faint-hearted, began. It was like the conflict between Śakra (Indra) and Śambara, who were rivals in prowess.
