महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-63, verse-12

क्ष्वेडितास्फोटितोत्क्रुष्टैस्तुमुलं सर्वतोऽभवत् ।
बाहुघोषाश्च वीराणां कर्णार्जुनसमागमे ॥१२॥
12. kṣveḍitāsphoṭitotkruṣṭaistumulaṁ sarvato'bhavat ,
bāhughoṣāśca vīrāṇāṁ karṇārjunasamāgame.

12. From all sides, there arose a great tumult from shouts, the slapping of arms, and loud cries. There were also the roars of the heroes' arms during the encounter between Karṇa and Arjuna.
