महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-63, verse-40

देवास्तु पितृभिः सार्धं सगणार्जुनतोऽभवन् ।
यमो वैश्रवणश्चैव वरुणश्च यतोऽर्जुनः ॥४०॥
40. devāstu pitṛbhiḥ sārdhaṁ sagaṇārjunato'bhavan ,
yamo vaiśravaṇaścaiva varuṇaśca yato'rjunaḥ.
40. devāḥ tu pitṛbhiḥ sārdham sagaṇaḥ arjunataḥ abhavan
yamaḥ vaiśravaṇaḥ ca eva varuṇaḥ ca yataḥ arjunaḥ

40. But the gods, together with the ancestors and their retinues, originated from Arjuna. Yama, Vaiśravaṇa (Kubera), and Varuna also aligned with Arjuna.
