महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-87, verse-45

अप्रमत्ता महाराज मामेव प्रत्युपस्थिताः ।
तांस्त्वहं प्रमथिष्यामि तृणानीव हुताशनः ॥४५॥
45. apramattā mahārāja māmeva pratyupasthitāḥ ,
tāṁstvahaṁ pramathiṣyāmi tṛṇānīva hutāśanaḥ.
45. apramattāḥ mahārāja mām eva pratyupasthitāḥ
tān tu aham pramathiṣyāmi tṛṇāni iva hutāśanaḥ
45. mahārāja,
mām eva apramattāḥ pratyupasthitāḥ,
tān tu aham tṛṇāni iva hutāśanaḥ pramathiṣyāmi.
45. O great king, those [enemies] who stand before me, diligent [in their efforts], I will indeed crush them, just as fire consumes grass.
