दुर्गा-सप्तशती       durgā-saptaśatī - chapter-1, verse-43

तया विसृज्यते विश्वं जगदेतच्चराचरम् ।
सैषा प्रसन्ना वरदा नृणां भवति मुक्तये ॥४३॥
43. tayā visṛjyate viśvaṃ jagadetaccarācaram .
saiṣā prasannā varadā nṛṇāṃ bhavati muktaye.
43. tayā visṛjyate viśvam jagat etat carācaram
sā eṣā prasannā varadā nṛṇām bhavati muktaye
43. By her, this entire universe, both moving and non-moving, is created. This very Goddess, when pleased and granting boons, becomes the means for the liberation (mokṣa) of human beings.
