दुर्गा-सप्तशती       durgā-saptaśatī - chapter-1, verse-17

इत्याकर्ण्य वचस्तस्य भूपतेः प्रणयोदितम् ।
प्रत्युवाच स तं वैश्यः प्रश्रयावनतो नृपम् ॥१७॥
17. ityākarṇya vacastasya bhūpateḥ praṇayoditam .
pratyuvāca sa taṃ vaiśyaḥ praśrayāvanato nṛpam.

prati uvāca saḥ tam vaiśyaḥ praśrayāvanataḥ nṛpam
17. Having heard those affectionate words from the king, the vaiśya, bowing with humility, replied to him.
