योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-4, chapter-47, verse-77

पुनः कार्यक्रियापक्षैः संसारारम्भनामकम् ।
किंचित्पटपटं कृत्वा याति कालकपिञ्जलः ॥ ७७ ॥

77. punaḥ kāla-kapiñjalaḥ kārya-kriyā-pakṣaiḥ
saṃsāra-ārambha-nāmakam kiñcit paṭapaṭam kṛtvā yāti

77. Again, the partridge of time, with its wings of work and activity, makes a certain 'paṭapaṭa' sound, which is called the beginning of (saṃsāra) cyclic existence, and then it departs.

77. שוב, בהנפת כנפי הפעולות ותוצאותיהן, תוך שהוא מפיק רעש המכונה התחלת הסַמְסָארָה, דרור הזמן מעופף לו הלאה.
