यथा मशकजालानि वर्षादिष्वाकुलानि तु ।
उत्पत्त्योत्पत्त्य नश्यन्ति तथेमा लोकसृष्टयः ॥ १७ ॥

17. Just as swarms of mosquitoes, abundant and agitated during seasons like the rains, repeatedly arise and perish, so too do these creations of the worlds.
