संधाय नाराचवरान्दशाशु द्रौणिस्त्वरन्नेकमिवोत्ससर्ज ।
तेषां च पञ्चार्जुनमभ्यविध्यन्पञ्चाच्युतं निर्बिभिदुः सुमुक्ताः ॥६५॥

65. saṃdhāya nārācavaran daśa āśu drauṇiḥ
tvaran ekam iva utsasarja |
teṣām ca pañca arjunam abhyavidhyan
pañca acyutam nirbibhiduḥ sumuktāḥ

65. tvaran drauṇiḥ āśu daśa nārācavaran saṃdhāya ekam iva utsasarja.

65. Ashvatthama (Drauṇi), hurrying, quickly fitted ten excellent iron arrows and released them as if they were one. Of these, five pierced Arjuna, and the other five, well-shot, penetrated Krishna (Acyuta).
