इत्युक्तो वासुदेवेन तथेत्युक्त्वा द्विजोत्तमः ।
विव्याध केशवं षष्ट्या नाराचैरर्जुनं त्रिभिः ॥२६॥

26. ityukto vāsudevena tathetyuktvā dvijottamaḥ ,
vivyādha keśavaṁ ṣaṣṭyā nārācairarjunaṁ tribhiḥ.

26. Having been addressed thus by Vāsudeva (Kṛṣṇa), the best among the twice-born (dvijottamaḥ) replied, "So be it," and then pierced Keśava (Kṛṣṇa) with sixty iron arrows and Arjuna with three.
