महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-12, verse-39

भल्लैश्छिन्नाः कराः पेतुः करिणां मदकर्षिणाम् ।
छिन्ना यथा परशुभिः प्रवृद्धाः शरदि द्रुमाः ॥३९॥
39. bhallaiśchinnāḥ karāḥ petuḥ kariṇāṁ madakarṣiṇām ,
