[saḥ] citrayodhī ca api tān sutīkṣṇaiḥ śaraiḥ nihatya samare na vivyathe.
jyānemighoṣaiḥ [śatrūn] pravikampayantaḥ,
yathā ambudāḥ vārijālaiḥ bhūdharam avarṣan,

[saḥ] citrayodhī ca api tān sutīkṣṇaiḥ śaraiḥ nihatya samare na vivyathe.
41.
Taking up their wondrous bows, the heroes, causing everything to tremble greatly with the sounds of their bowstrings and chariot wheels, showered Drupada's son with arrows, just as clouds drench a mountain with torrents of water. Yet, that skillful warrior, having struck them down with very sharp arrows, was not agitated in battle.
