तस्य ज्यातलनिर्घोषं द्रोणः शुश्राव भारत ।
उपेत्य चैनमुत्थाय परिष्वज्येदमब्रवीत् ॥५॥

upetya cainamutthāya pariṣvajyedamabravīt.

5. O descendant of Bharata, Drona heard the sound of his (Arjuna's) bowstring and the slap of his hand-guard. Approaching him, Drona rose, embraced him, and spoke these words.

5. דְרוֹנַה שמע את קול מיתר הקשת של אַרְג׳וּנַה, הו בְּהָארַטַה. הוא ניגש אליו, קם, חיבק אותו ואמר זאת.
