75. O sweet-voiced cuckoo, who here can listen to your sweet and delightful sound, which acts as a messenger of peace (saṃdhi) after a lover's quarrel? For in these thickets, our hearing has been completely drowned out by the cawing and harsh guttural noises of crows and the squabbling of owls.
