योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-116, verse-2

हतान्हतानभिमुखान्वीरान्वीरैः सहस्रशः ।
आरोप्यारोप्य खं यान्ति पश्य पश्याङ्गनारथैः ॥ २ ॥
hatānhatānabhimukhānvīrānvīraiḥ sahasraśaḥ ,
āropyāropya khaṃ yānti paśya paśyāṅganārathaiḥ 2

āropya āropya kham yānti paśya paśya aṅganārathaiḥ
2. paśya paśya atra hatān hatān abhimukhān vīrān vīraiḥ

2. Behold! Thousands of heroes (vīras), both those who are slain and those who confronted (the enemy) directly, are repeatedly being lifted by (other) heroes, and ascend to the sky (khaṃ yānti) in chariots of heavenly maidens (aṅganārathaiḥ). Behold, behold!
