योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-116, verse-27

आयान्ति यान्ति निपतन्ति तथोत्पतन्ति सर्गश्रियः कणघटा इव पावकोत्थाः ।
यत्रामलं तदहमेकमनादिमध्यं मन्ये खमेव न तु कारणमीश्वराख्यम् ॥ २७ ॥
āyānti yānti nipatanti tathotpatanti sargaśriyaḥ kaṇaghaṭā iva pāvakotthāḥ ,
yatrāmalaṃ tadahamekamanādimadhyaṃ manye khameva na tu kāraṇamīśvarākhyam 27
27. āyānti yānti nipatanti tathā utpatanti
sargaśriyaḥ kaṇaghaṭāḥ iva pāvakotthāḥ
yatra amalam tat aham ekam anādimadhyam
manye kham eva na tu kāraṇam īśvarākhyam
27. The glories of creation (sargaśriyaḥ) come, go, fall, and rise, just like collections of sparks (kaṇaghaṭāḥ) rising from fire (pāvaka). That pure, singular reality, which has neither beginning nor middle, I consider to be space (vyoma) itself, and not the cause called God (īśvara).
