गायत्यद्रिशिरस्तरौ दलपुटे निःश्वस्य विद्याधरी काकल्याऽतिलकं वियोगविधुरा बाष्पाकुलैषा पुरः ।
नाथोत्सङ्गगृहे गृहीतचिबुकं स्मेरं भवच्चुम्बनं स्मृत्वास्वाद्य रसायनं हतसमा नीता मयैता इति ॥ ३१ ॥
gāyatyadriśirastarau dalapuṭe niḥśvasya vidyādharī kākalyā'tilakaṃ viyogavidhurā bāṣpākulaiṣā puraḥ ,
nāthotsaṅgagṛhe gṛhītacibukaṃ smeraṃ bhavaccumbanaṃ smṛtvāsvādya rasāyanaṃ hatasamā nītā mayaitā iti 31

"nātha! utsaṅga-gṛhe gṛhīta-cibukam smeram bhavat-cumbanam
rasāyanam smṛtvā āsvādya mayā etāḥ hata-samāḥ nītāḥ"
31. From the cup of leaves on a tree at the mountain summit, this Vidyadhari woman, distressed by separation (viyoga-vidhurā) and tear-agitated, sings exceedingly sweetly (kākalyā atilakam), sighing: 'O Lord (nātha)! Remembering and savoring your kiss, with my chin held and a smile, as an elixir (rasāyanam) in your embrace-home (utsaṅga-gṛhe), these many unfortunate years have been spent by me!'
