युगलकम् ।
खं मन्ये पादपादीनां रोधयत्यधिकोन्नतिम् ।
अकर्तुरेव महतो महिम्नोदेति कर्तृता ॥ २४ ॥

khaṃ manye pādapādīnāṃ rodhayatyadhikonnatim ,
akartureva mahato mahimnodeti kartṛtā 24

24. kham manye pādapādīnām rodhayati adhika unnatim
akartuḥ eva mahataḥ mahimnaḥ udeti kartṛtā

24. kham pādapādīnām adhika unnatim rodhayati (iti) manye.

24. I believe the sky (kha) restricts the excessive height of trees and similar things. Yet, doership (kartṛtā) arises from the greatness (mahiman) of the great non-doer (akartṛ).
