बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-81, verse-63

वर्तुलः पाटलः स्निग्धारेखाभूषितमध्यभूः ।
मनोहरोऽधरो यस्याः सा भवेद् राजवल्लभा ॥६३॥
63. vartulaḥ pāṭalaḥ snigdhārekhābhūṣitamadhyabhūḥ .
manoharo'dharo yasyāḥ sā bhaved rājavallabhā.

manoharaḥ adharaḥ yasyāḥ sā bhavet rājavallabhā
63. A woman whose lower lip is round, rosy, lustrous, charming, and has its central part adorned with fine lines, will become a beloved of a king (rājavallabhā).
