बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-81, verse-16

उन्नतं पादपृष्ठं चेत् तदा राज्ञी भवेद्ध्रुवम् ।
अस्वेदमशिराढ्यञ्च मांसलं मसृणं मृदु ॥१६॥
16. unnataṃ pādapṛṣṭhaṃ cet tadā rājñī bhaveddhruvam .
asvedamaśirāḍhyañca māṃsalaṃ masṛṇaṃ mṛdu.

asvedam aśirāḍhyam ca māṃsalam masṛṇam mṛdu
16. If the instep (pādapṛṣṭha) of a woman's foot is raised, then she will certainly be a queen. Furthermore, the foot should be without sweat, free of prominent veins, fleshy, smooth, and soft.
