बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-81, verse-42

स्त्रीणां करतलं रक्तं मध्योन्नतमरन्ध्रकम् ।
मृदुलं चाल्परेखाढ्यं ज्ञेयं सर्वसुखप्रदम् ॥४२॥
42. strīṇāṃ karatalaṃ raktaṃ madhyonnatamarandhrakam .
mṛdulaṃ cālparekhāḍhyaṃ jñeyaṃ sarvasukhapradam.

42. A woman's palm that is red, raised in the middle, free of gaps, soft, and adorned with few lines should be understood to bestow all kinds of happiness and prosperity.
