मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-69, verse-65

प्रतिकूला हि सा पत्नी तस्य विप्रस्य या हृता ।
तथापि धर्मकामोऽसौ त्वामुद्योतितवान् नृप ॥६५॥
65. pratikūlā hi sā patnī tasya viprasya yā hṛtā .
tathāpi dharmakāmo'sau tvāmudyotitavān nṛpa.

tathāpi dharmakāmaḥ asau tvām udyotitavān nṛpa
65. Indeed, that wife who was abducted from that Brahmin was hostile. Despite that, he, desiring righteousness (dharma), enlightened you, O king.
