मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-69, verse-21

सोऽपि तत्रानुरागार्तिदह्यमानात्ममानसः ।
औत्तानपादिर्भूपालो नान्यां भार्यामविन्दत ॥२१॥
21. so'pi tatrānurāgārtidahyamānātmamānasaḥ .
auttānapādirbhūpālo nānyāṃ bhāryāmavindata.
21. saḥ api tatra anurāgārtidahyamānātma-mānasaḥ
auttānapādiḥ bhūpālaḥ na anyām bhāryām avindata
21. And he, that King Auttānapādi (son of Uttānapāda), with his inner self (ātman) and mind burning with the pain of attachment (anurāga), did not find another wife.
