ऋषिरुवाच ।
किं विस्मृतन्ते यत्पत्नी त्वया त्यक्ता च कानने ।
परित्यक्तस्तया सार्धं त्वया धर्मो नृपाखिलः ॥६२॥
किं विस्मृतन्ते यत्पत्नी त्वया त्यक्ता च कानने ।
परित्यक्तस्तया सार्धं त्वया धर्मो नृपाखिलः ॥६२॥
62. ṛṣiruvāca .
kiṃ vismṛtante yatpatnī tvayā tyaktā ca kānane .
parityaktastayā sārdhaṃ tvayā dharmo nṛpākhilaḥ.

ṛṣiḥ uvāca kim vismṛtam te yat patnī tvayā tyaktā ca

62.
The sage said, "Have you forgotten that your wife was abandoned by you in the forest? O king, along with her, you abandoned your entire natural law (dharma)."
