aiśvaryaṁ priyasaṁvāso gṛdhyedeṣu na paṇḍitaḥ.

Therefore, the wise (paṇḍita) consider contentment alone as wealth in this world. Youth, beauty, life, the accumulation of wealth, prosperity, and companionship with dear ones are all impermanent. A wise person should not long for these.
