महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-12, verse-56

अभिपत्याथ बाहुभ्यां प्रत्यगृह्णादमर्षितः ।
मातङ्ग इव मातङ्गं प्रभिन्नकरटामुखः ॥५६॥
56. abhipatyātha bāhubhyāṁ pratyagṛhṇādamarṣitaḥ ,
mātaṅga iva mātaṅgaṁ prabhinnakaraṭāmukhaḥ.
56. abhipatya atha bāhubhyām prati-agṛhṇāt amarṣitaḥ
mātaṅgaḥ iva mātaṅgam prabhinna-karaṭā-mukhaḥ
56. Then, rushing forward, the enraged (Bhima) seized (Duryodhana) with his two arms, just as an elephant in rut, with ichor streaming from its temples and face, grapples another elephant.
