महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-53, verse-67

ततः प्रविश्य नगरं कृत्वा सर्वाह्णिकक्रियाः ।
भुक्त्वा सभार्यो रजनीमुवास स महीपतिः ॥६७॥
67. tataḥ praviśya nagaraṁ kṛtvā sarvāhṇikakriyāḥ ,
bhuktvā sabhāryo rajanīmuvāsa sa mahīpatiḥ.

67. Then, having entered the city, performed all his daily rituals, and eaten, that king resided there with his wife through the night.
