महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-53, verse-22

न च तौ चक्रतुः कोपं दंपती सुमहाव्रतौ ।
तयोः संप्रेक्षतोरेव पुनरन्तर्हितोऽभवत् ॥२२॥
22. na ca tau cakratuḥ kopaṁ daṁpatī sumahāvratau ,
tayoḥ saṁprekṣatoreva punarantarhito'bhavat.
22. na ca tau cakratuḥ kopaṃ dampatī sumahāvratī
tayoḥ saṃprekṣatoḥ eva punaḥ antarhitaḥ abhavat
22. ca sumahāvratī dampatī tau kopaṃ na cakratuḥ
tayoḥ saṃprekṣatoḥ eva punaḥ antarhitaḥ abhavat
22. Yet, that couple, who had undertaken great vows, did not become angry. Even as they watched, it disappeared again.
