महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-68, verse-64

त्वदङ्गेभ्यः प्रसूतोऽयं पुरुषात्पुरुषोऽपरः ।
सरसीवामलेऽऽत्मानं द्वितीयं पश्य मे सुतम् ॥६४॥
64. tvadaṅgebhyaḥ prasūto'yaṁ puruṣātpuruṣo'paraḥ ,
sarasīvāmale''tmānaṁ dvitīyaṁ paśya me sutam.
64. tvadaṅgebhyaḥ prasūtaḥ ayam puruṣāt puruṣaḥ aparaḥ
sarasī iva amale ātmānaṃ dvitīyaṃ paśya me sutam
64. This other being, born from your limbs – indeed, another being from you – is my son. Behold him as your second self, just as one sees an image reflected in a clear lake.
