योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-4, verse-65

यदि स्याज्जगदादीदं तस्मान्मोक्षो न कस्यचित् ।
बाह्यस्थमस्तु हृत्स्थं वा दृश्यं नाशाय केवलम् ॥ ६५ ॥
yadi syājjagadādīdaṃ tasmānmokṣo na kasyacit ,
bāhyasthamastu hṛtsthaṃ vā dṛśyaṃ nāśāya kevalam 65
65. yadi syāt jagat ādi idam tasmāt mokṣaḥ na kasyacit
bāhyastham astu hṛtstham vā dṛśyam nāśāya kevalam
65. yadi idam jagat ādi syāt,
tasmāt kasyacit mokṣaḥ na.
bāhyastham vā hṛtstham dṛśyam kevalam nāśāya astu.
65. If this world (jagat) were primordial, then there would be no liberation (mokṣa) for anyone. Whatever is seen, whether external or internal, is solely for destruction.
