योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-4, verse-44

यत्र संकल्पनं तत्र तन्मनोऽङ्ग तथा स्थितम् ।
संकल्पमनसी भिन्ने न कदाचन केचन ॥ ४४ ॥

44. O dear one, wherever conceptualization (saṅkalpa) exists, there the mind (manas) is accordingly established. Conceptualization (saṅkalpa) and mind (manas) are never considered separate by anyone.
